Hamburg · Uhlenhorst
Parisian flair in Uhlenhorst.
Market-fresh, seasonal bistro cuisine with regional ingredients and international accents – set in a distinctive historic ambience.
The Restaurant
A Piece of Hamburg History.
Just a few steps from the Outer Alster, a restaurant full of character awaits you.
The rooms of the former Rexrodt butcher's shop, built in 1896, still preserve their Art Nouveau tiles and striking glass ceiling. Cooking began here in 1983; in 1999 Niels-Ove Nielsen took over the restaurant.
Whether for two, with friends, or as a private party: we want to create a place where a meal becomes a special evening.
Our Cuisine
Seasonal. Market-fresh. No detours.
Predominantly regional produce meets French technique and international inspiration.
